The Attaché Wine Club is The Embassy’s inner circle - for guests who want to go deeper into everything this restaurant has to offer. Member pricing across the full wine list, exclusive access to Chef Charlie Vargas’s off-menu dishes, and a team that knows who you are before you sit down.

Membership is $197 per year. Most members tell us it pays for itself within the first visit.

The same wine list. But with a second column - yours. Attaché Wine Club member pricing that can be $50, $100, even $150 less per bottle than the table next to you. Extended to every guest at your table, on every bottle ordered. Most members tell us their $197 membership pays for itself within the first visit. Some do it in a single bottle.

The Secret Menu

Chef Charlie Vargas creates dishes that never appear on the regular menu - crafted exclusively for members. Seasonal, personal, and inspired by his travels and latest discoveries. You won’t be told about them. Simply ask your server: “What’s on the secret menu this month?” That question alone is worth the membership.

Private Cellar Access

Every month, bottles are set aside that never reach the regular wine list - sourced from limited allocations and vineyards The Embassy has built relationships with over the years. Some poured by the glass under Coravin. Others full bottles you simply cannot find anywhere else in Perth. Available exclusively to Attaché Wine Club members.

Priority Event Access

Wine dinners, whisky tastings, winemaker evenings and private cellar experiences - events that regularly sell out before they’re promoted publicly. As an Attaché Wine Club member, you hear about them first. When non-member tickets start at $175 or more per event, being first in line carries real weight.
